The occupier needed the unit brought up to a standard fit for occupation. The existing fit-out was dated and no longer suited how the space was going to be used.

We stripped out the existing fit-out, carried out the building works, and finished throughout, with every trade coordinated by us on a single programme and one point of contact for the client.

Specialist work was delivered by subcontractors we've vetted and used before, with certification issued on completion.

The unit was handed over as a fully upgraded, functional workspace, ready for immediate use, clean, practical and finished to a standard that presents well to staff and visitors alike.

Handover documentation and certification were issued at completion.
