Commercial works
Commercial clients come to us for refurbishment, fit-out and alteration work that needs to happen around a business that's still trading. That covers commercial refurbishment, office fit-outs, warehouse work and small works. We plan phasing and access with you so the work fits your operation, not the other way round.
What's included
How we approach it
Work around live operations
Out-of-hours and phased working is standard on commercial jobs, agreed with you before the programme is set, not renegotiated mid-project.
SafeContractor approved
We hold SafeContractor accreditation, which many commercial clients and landlords require before work can start on their premises.
From small works to full refurbishment
We take on everything from a single-room alteration to a full commercial refurbishment, so you're not chasing multiple contractors for different scales of work.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can you work outside normal business hours?+
Yes, out-of-hours and weekend working is common on commercial jobs where the premises need to stay open. We agree this as part of the programme and price at quote stage.
Are you insured and accredited for commercial premises?+
Yes, we hold SafeContractor accreditation and full public liability insurance, and can provide RAMS (risk assessments and method statements) for any commercial job.
Can you work to a fixed completion date tied to a lease?+
Yes, this is common on commercial refurbishments. We build the programme backwards from your lease or rent-free date and flag early if anything puts that at risk.
What's the difference between a Cat A and Cat B fit-out?+
Cat A brings a shell space to a basic finished standard, raised floors, suspended ceiling, mechanical and electrical services in place. Cat B is the tenant-specific fit-out on top, partitioning, finishes, furniture and branding suited to how your team actually works.
Can refurbishment happen while part of the building stays open?+
In many cases, yes, we can phase the work by zone and screen off areas under construction so the rest of the unit continues trading or operating.
Is there a minimum job size for commercial small works?+
No, we take on jobs of any size, from a single repair through to a multi-room alteration. If it's genuinely too small to quote sensibly, we'll say so.
