A single-storey rear extension and a new garage, built together and taken to shell stage. The garage has been built with a futureproofed structure so a second storey could be added later without needing to start again from the foundations.

Work ran from excavating the foundation trenches through to a complete brick shell with a new roof structure, timber joists and roofing felt, ready for the next fit-out stage.
