Local knowledge
Building work in Henlow
Henlow is a village between Biggleswade and Shefford with a long association with the RAF through RAF Henlow. Many village properties are older, and renovation work often uncovers what is behind the finishes, from outdated services to floors that need rebuilding.
Planning is handled by Central Bedfordshire Council. A recent kitchen renovation on the High Street took the room back to bare joists and floor before we rebuilt it with new units, a Belfast sink and new flooring.
We also work in the villages around Henlow, so if you are nearby but not sure you are in our area, the answer is almost certainly yes.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you work in Henlow and the surrounding villages?+
Yes. Henlow is close to our base in Biggleswade, and we regularly work in the villages around it.
What happens if problems are found when an old kitchen is stripped out?+
We stop, show you what we have found and agree how to deal with it before carrying on, whether that is a rotten floor, old wiring or damp. It is better to fix it properly than to build over it.
Which council covers Henlow?+
Central Bedfordshire Council is the local planning authority for Henlow.
